Department of Management What are Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) and Administration (BBA)?

The University of Toronto’s undergraduate Commerce and Management programs are both four-year programs designed to prepare business students within an environment of collegiality and professionalism. The Commerce Programs combine and the various sub-disciplines of management enabling students to develop analytical skills. Students can specialize in , , Marketing, Commerce Specialist or pursue a Commerce Major. Completion of the Commerce Programs will lead to a B.Com, HBA or HBSc. The Management Programs prepare students to become effective members and leaders in the world of business. Drawing on a balanced offering of rigorous intellectual frameworks from the social sciences, our students learn best practices, managerial functions and explore current issues which ready them for exciting and rewarding careers. Students can specialize in Management, & Industrial Relations or pursue a Management Major. Completion of the Management Programs will lead to a BBA, HBA or HBSc.
