Course Presenters Martin L. Kolinski, DDS Dr. Martin L. Kolinski is a graduate of the University of Illinois School of . He is a member of the American Dental Association, American Academy of , Academy of Osseointegration, and is a Diplomate Digital Dentistry of the American Board of Oral Implantology/Implant Dentistry. He has spoken extensively to numerous groups, including the Academy of General Dentistry, the Chicago Dental Society, and is a Clinical Assistant Professor in the Ready or not, the future is here Department of Periodontics at the University of Illinois. Dr. Kolinski began practicing periodontics in 1980 in Oakbrook, Illinois. In 1982, Dr. Kolinski started his private practice in St. Charles, Illinois with an emphasis in Dental Implantology starting in 1986. In 2002, Dr. Kolinski expanded and remodeled his St. Charles office site equipping it with the latest technology to support his and periodontal practice. Dr. Kolinski has placed over 14,000 implants during his 31years in practice. Tricia R. Crosby, DDS, MS Dr. Tricia R. Crosby attended the University of Illinois College of Dentistry, where she graduated cum laude. Following her general dental training, Dr. Crosby completed a three-year post-graduate residency program in Periodontics at the University of Illinois and earned a Master Of Science (MS) degree in Oral Sciences. Dr. Crosby is a Diplomate of the American Board of Periodontology. Dr. Crosby is also an elected member of the Omicron Kappa Upsilon National Dental Honor Society and is a member of several professional organizations including the American Academy of Periodontology, American Academy of Osseointegration, and the Illinois Society of Periodontists. Dr. Crosby continues to serve as a Clinical Assistant Professor at the University of Illinois College of Dentistry. Brett Edwards, Nobel Procera Specialist Martin L. Kolinski, DDS Brett Edwards joined Nobel Biocare in 2007 as a Key Account Manager and Tricia R. Crosby, DDS, MS Business Development Consultant within Nobel Biocare’s North American Business Development Organization. Mr. Edwards advised and developed strategies nationally for Nobel Biocare Partners that includes: Communication, Dental Implants • Periodontics Marketing, Education, Business Management, and Industry Trends. A Master in the Nobel Institute Program and facilitator for Nobel Biocare’s premier global institute for communication and case acceptance. Mr. Edwards is currently working within the Nobel Procera Organization as a Nobel Procera Specialist and is consulting Labs and Clinicians in CAD/CAM Design, materials, and Digital Dentistry including all previous Business Development initiatives.
