It is with great enthusiasm that I welcome you to . This is Panther Nation!!! We are delighted to host your team on our campus in the spirit of athletic competition, and I hope this guide assists you in getting the most out of your CAU experience.

Enclosed you will find pertinent information regarding tickets, campus directions, emergency contacts, sports medicine and media relations. In addition, please complete the visiting team information sheet and fax it back to us so we can properly accommodate your team during your visit.

We also welcome your President and Athletic Director along with other senior administrators, and invite them to join us in the respective suites as our teams compete on the gridiron. This request will be honored by RSVP ONLY to our director of sports information, and includes any other VIPs that may accompany you.

***All CAU Home games are played at Panther Stadium. ***All Times are subject to change and are local to site.

BUS PARKING

Team buses will be allowed to unload the players and equipment at the Beckwith Street Entrance. Bus parking will be directed on the day of the game.

TICKETS You will receive your allotted complimentary tickets for your respective game shortly. We ask that you would please send a confirmation email to [email protected] upon receipt of those tickets.

WILL CALL INFORMATION We kindly ask that you submit your team’s will call ticket form to the sports information office no later than one week prior to the date of competition.

Press Area Allocated space in the press area of Panther Stadium is designated for working media only which includes the visiting team’s sports information staff. All personnel in this area must have the proper media credentials visible issued by the SID at all times.

Visiting Radio One phone line will be available on a first-come, first serve basis for the visiting team’s radio broadcast and this request should be submitted to the sports information office by email two weeks in advance.

Sideline Passes Clark Atlanta does not issue sideline passes. The sideline area is restricted to coaches, players and field personnel. Unauthorized persons on the sidelines will be asked to return to the stands.

Interviews CAU sports information office will handle all pre-game and post-game interview requests. SID staff will escort media personnel to the designated areas for interviews.

Media Services Game notes, game day programs, statistics (halftime and final stats) and a post-game packet will be provided to working personnel only.

Photographers Photographers working on the field are restricted to the photographer’s box at each end of the playing field. Visiting Team Questionnaire Visiting schools are asked to complete the visitor’s team questionnaire at the end of this guide and submit it to the sports information office via fax or email two weeks prior to their scheduled games.

SPORTS MEDICINE

The Clark Atlanta University athletic training staff will be available to assist your team with game day and medical supplies. If your team is traveling without a certified athletic trainer, we ask that you please notify CAU’s head athletic trainer one week in advance by calling (404)880- 8943. In addition, please send supplies and treatment prescriptions along with a letter of authorization for treatment signed by a certified athletic trainer or physician for those student- athletes requiring assistance.

Game Day Supplies The following supplies will be provided by CAU athletic training staff on game day: 1. Injury ice and ice bags 2. Hot packs 3. Water Cooler 4. Cups 5. Biohazard/Wound care items 6. Emergency Equipment (Crutches, Splints, AED)

Other Athletic Training Notes - Visiting teams must furnish their own towels, pre-wrap and tape. - Ultrasound and Electrical Stimulation Modalities will be provided if the visiting team is traveling with a certified athletic trainer. - CAU team physician will be in attendance for home football games. - CAU athletic training staff will be on site two hours before the game, during the game and one hour after each game.
