In the interest of total transparency, and for the avoidance of any doubt whatsoever, I now instruct the Clerk to conduct a roll call starting with the President to establish the total number of Members present. Thereafter, Honourable Members, the Clerk will call Members alphabetically to vote one by one. She will start with His Excellency the President. Each Member shall collect not more than one ballot paper, and proceed to electoral booth e e fa pele ga lona ele and thereafter, shall proceed from the electoral booth and cast his or her ballot in the ballot box, ke eo le a e bona le yone. I will thereafter, instruct my staff to count the ballot papers. The Clerk will be assisted by the Deputy Clerk, Mr Lesedi Gaolaolwe, the Acting Assistant Clerk, Mr Redman Josiah, the Parliamentary Counsel, Ms Merapelo Mokgosi and the Assistant Parliamentary Counsel, Ms Kelebileng Kokoro.
