Founded in 1948 by the Fanini familyamily, of prominent bloodlines, Amore & Vita is today the oldest professional cycling team in the world.

Based in the rolling hills of ’s Tuscany (and still operated by generations of Fanini family members) the Amore & Vita legacy lives on six decades after its inception.

Mario CipolliniCipollini, former World Champion in 2002, has won almost 200 UCI races in his Pro career, including the most importan Itslian Classic of Milan – San Remo. He won also 3 editions of Gent – Wewelgem, an Italian Championship,16 stages at the and 42 stages at the Giro d’Italia. He keeps the record of won stages at the Giro and he is still considered today the best sprinter of all times. He started cycling in the Team Fanini at the age of 6 and he wore proudly this jersey until the age of 23.

Andrea Tafi was one of the greatest athletes of all time for the “North Classics”. In his professional career he has collected incredible victories, like Tour of Vlandereen, the Giro di Lombardia, the Paris - Tours, but mostly he dominated the Paris - Roubaix.
