FLIC’s primary goal the last 6 months has been expanding FLIC and COAA’s presence on social media platforms.

COAA FLIC has held a restart & reset session in September 2020. The intent of this was for each initiative working group to complete a pulse check on their respective teams and to ensure each initiative’s charter were still relevant to the future of COAA. The following initiatives will continue to be a part of FLIC’s framework – please note certain initiatives will likely be bundled in 2021:

• Development of Canadian AWP Practice • Health & Wellness, Mental Health and Coping Mechanisms • Lessons Learned for Continuous Improvement • Passing of Knowledge from Previous Generation and Documentation • Success Stories / Innovative Practices • Trends Amongst Millennials
