Bxhibit 1A is a copy of I'D I'orm 7460-1 that was subl1tted to the I'ederal Aviation Administration's Southern Regional Office. Bzhibit 18 is a section of an aeronautical chart showing the location of the proposed tower in reference to all airways and airports. Bzhibit 2 is a 7.5 minute topographic map depicting the proP08ed transmitter site. '!'he map was published by the u.S. Geological Survey and showa all markings to verify the geographic coordinates of the proposed site. Bxhibit 3 is an Interference Statement addressing possible interference caused to nearby facilities. Bzhibit 4 is a vertical sketch of the supporting structure showing the proposed I'K transmitting antenna and relevant elevation data. Bzhibit SA is a combination of two 11250,000 topographic maps showing the predicted service contours of the proP08ed Channel 289A operation and Bzhibit 58 is. a reduced version of the above maps. All shown, in Bzhibit Ro. 5, the proposed 70 dBu contour will cover the entire boundaries of Baldwin as required by the provisions of Section 73.315(a) of the I'CC Rules and Regulations. Exhibit 6 is a separation study for Channel 289A from the proposed tranllDlitter site. All indicated by this Exhibit, the proposed Channel 289A operation complies with Section 73.207 of the Rules and Regulations. '!'he population within the 1.0 mV/m contour is 104,425 peraona. Population data were taken from the 1980 Census puaphlets published by the Depa~t of Commerce. The land area within the 1.0 mV/m contour vas caaputed to be 2510.7 square kilometers. A calibrated polar planimeter vas used to check the area. Part 73 of the FCC's Rules and Regulations are amended, effective January 1, 1986 to iaplement the lIational Bnvironaental Policy .Act of 1969 (DPA). The rule amendment identifies hWDlUl exposure to RP radiation as an issue for certain facilities regulated by the FCC. The proposed facility has been evaluated based on OST Bulletin 110. 65 (OCtober 1985) "Bvaluating Compliance with FCC-Specified Guidelines for HUman Exposure to Radiofrequency Radiation." Proposect radiation is in compliance with PCC-Specifiect Guidelines.
