Stephanie Tharpe – President, A+ Management Group, LP

Stephanie Tharpe is the President of A+ Management Group, LP, and a Partner and Senior Vice President of Operations for A+ Storage of Tennessee, LLC, who operates a portfolio of self-storage facilities in Nashville and Middle Tennessee.

Since 2013, she has served as President, Vice President, and Chair of Events and Education on the Board of Directors for the Tennessee Self Storage Association, which named her Manager of the Year in 2012. She is also a member of the Florida Self Storage Association and the National Self Storage Association.

In the fall of 2018, Stephanie decided to do what she does best. Manage Storage Facilities. Her company offers full- service 3rd party management for self-storage facility owners, focusing on small operators. She currently manages properties in Tennessee, Georgia, Florida, and Ohio.

Since 2008, Stephanie has served as the moderator for Self-Storage Talk, the industry's largest online community. She has been published in several trade magazines, including SSA’s The Globe and Inside Self Storage Magazine. She has also served on the Best Practice Committee for the national Self Storage Association. She has presented education sessions, served on panel discussions and moderated Round Tables at national and state conferences since 2014.

Since 2013, she has mentored an award-winning staff with four of her managers receiving the Manager of the Year award from the Tennessee Self Storage Association.

o It is necessary to audit your property at least twice a year. We check your banking deposits, files and documents for correct information, your physical site, inventory levels, occupancy data and maintenance issues along with several other things.

o We believe in marketing to our neighbors! Along with online presence and other community advertising, we want our staff to be friends with your local community leaders. From taking goodies to an apartment complex staff to sponsoring a local event, we hit marketing on all levels.
