Oliver Luck is a private investor. He served as Chief Executive Officer and Commissioner of the XFL from June 2018 to April 2020. Pat served on the senior staff of the Governor of Texas, William P. Clements, Jr., as Director of Governmental Appointments, from 1980 to 1982. Pat has been involved in numerous governmental, business and civic organizations, including ten years of service on the Board of Directors of the Lower Colorado River Authority and as a founding member and Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Texas Parks & Wildlife Foundation. He was a member of the Advisory Board of Directors of JPMorgan Chase, Chairman of the local chapter of the Young Presidents Organization and a Trustee of the Texas Nature Conservancy. Pat currently C. Patrick Oles, serves as a member of the Board of Directors of SouthWest Water Company, a privately- Jr. owned provider of water and wastewater services, as a member of the Executive Committee of the Seton Fund, as a member of the Development Board of the McCoy Director since 2014 College of Business Administration of Texas State University and as Chair of the UT Committees: Elementary School Development Council. Pat received a B.B.A. from the University of Audit, Executive Texas at Austin, and now holds the McCoy Professorship for Studies in Entrepreneurship in the McCoy College of Business Administration at Texas State University.
