even more rapidly. As a marketer, agency planner, writer or art director, you
need to learn advanced skills, innovative ways to solve problems and learn
to master the new language of the global market place. Problem is, who is going
to teach you? Well, you could quit your job and go back to school. Or, keep
your job and go back to school and get an Executive Masters of Design in
Advertising degree (EMDes)—a unique cutting edge program now available
only at the Ontario College of Art & Design. It takes a little over two years—
three intensive two-week summer sessions in Toronto (starting summer of 2008)
and six off-site visits of four days each at renowned international advertising and
marketing companies in Shanghai, Rio de Janeiro, London, New York and Los
Angeles. It’s the best way to learn global thinking. But the thinking doesn’t stop
there. By putting together teams consisting of marketers, agency planners,
writers and art directors who will work together on all assignments, you’ll learn
to think like they do and in the process become a more advanced multi-
dimensional thinker & holistic problem solver. As for thinking about the planet
and the people who inhabit it, we’ll teach you that by being more socially and
environmentally responsible, you’ll not only feel a lot better. Your brand will do
a lot better. So who is going to teach you all these things? A team of
internationally acclaimed marketers, creative directors, new media experts,
