Community/District Characteristics Shorecrest High School The Shoreline School District is located immediately north of the city limits of Seattle in King County. The Profile and Transcript district is bordered by the Edmonds, Northshore, and Supplement Seattle School Districts, as well as Puget Sound and Lake . It serves the cities of Shoreline and 2018-2019 Lake Forest Park, which cover about 15.4 square miles and have a combined population of about 68,000. These cities are established residential communities, highly desired by newcomers because of the quality of the district’s schools. The district has about 9560 students, and uses a 7-2-4 plan. Shorecrest is one of the two high schools in the district.
