This gives candidates an entire month of structured fundraising in addition to any fundraising events they wish to have on their own. The Fall Festival Queen contest is a long-standing tradition in Edinburgh. Funds raised are given back to the community with dona- tions for school-related activities, art and music programs, Special Olympics, dental and eye care for local children, Clothe-a-Child, Ronald McDonald House, 4-H, Girl Scouts and Boy Scouts and other charities. Eligible candidates are between the ages of 13 and 18 and a resident of Edinburgh.
