The Minnesota Department of Natural Resources published this set of maps to help anglers locate trout fishing opportunities in southeast, southwest and central Minnesota. These maps use different colors to show angling regulations for 2011 and identify areas with public fishing in state parks, state forests, wildlife management areas, and streamside-fishing easements. Fishing Easements In cooperation with willing landowners, the DNR has established Rainbow trout over 250 miles of public fishing easements along trout streams in southern and central Minnesota.
