Nigro Construction Services LLC is proud to have been selected as the re-construction re- pair contractor for Your Project HOA. We would like to cordially invite you to attend the informative Town Hall Meeting where we will introduce the construction team that will be responsible for your project, briefly describe the repairs that we have been contracted to perform, go over the building phase schedule for the association and to answer any questions you may have.

We have attached the building phase schedule for the time line of the repairs. All home- owners’ are welcome to attend, however space is limited to the first 60 people (RSVP). Additional Town Hall Meetings will be noticed and held for future phases of construction.

NOTICE OF INTENT TO BEGIN WORK

Dear Homeowner,

I would like to take this opportunity to introduce myself, my name is Daniel Wilcoxen. I am the Project Manager for the re-construction program.

Nigro Construction Services LLC has already begun the reconstruction on the interior units of your building. Our employees and sub-contractors will need access to your unit between 8:00am-4:30pm Monday-Friday. We anticipate three (3) working days per unit to complete the work.

Our video technician will enter your unit and make a complete record of all your contents and its existing condition prior to any work. The video process will continue throughout the duration of the project through completion.

The scope of work will vary depending on your floor plan and according to our contract agreement. We are asking that within the next 2 weeks you call our tenant coordinator to make arrangements for an inspection of your unit with the Foreman. At that time the Foreman will inform you of the type of work that will be done in your unit.

Please contact Sherri in the office at (702 )247-1930 to make an appointment with our Fore- man for your inspection and to schedule a date when we may begin the interior repairs.
