7. Motion for appointment of two Members of Rajya Sabha to serve on the Joint Committee to Examine Matters Relating to Allocation and Pricing of Telecom Licences and Spectrum—Deferred

Shri Rajeev Shukla moved the following Motion:— ―That this House concurs in the recommendation of Lok Sabha that Rajya Sabha do appoint two Members to the Joint Committee to Examine Matters Relating to Allocation and Pricing of Telecom Licences and Spectrum in the vacancies caused by the retirement of Shri Tiruchi Siva from the Rajya Sabha and resignation of Dr. E.M. Sudarsana Natchiappan from the JPC and communicate to Lok Sabha the names of the Members so appointed by the Rajya Sabha to the Joint Committee and resolves that Shri P. Bhattacharya and Dr. Ashok S.
