Zyme Harlequin IGP Veneto Rosso
Harlequin is an innovative red wine that is also intimately linked to tradition. It aims to express the soils, the grapes and the people that are part and parcel of a region with a great winemaking culture: the Veneto. In 1999, Harlequin the wine was realized after much thought and contemplation in the vineyards. It is a wine made from many grapes, which is unique and authentic in every vintage but which is always recognizable in its kaleidoscopic variability because it interprets the vineyards, the soil and the culture of its terroir. Gaspari's yearning for creativity is part of his genetic make-up. His goal with Harlequin was to make a wine whose parameters were different than any other.

It is a rich ruby-red in appearance, 2008 without being excessively opaque. It displays 2006, 2001 purplish reflections and is dense and viscous. The nose offers a gamut of aromas that both succeed and mingle with each other, yielding a whole variety of fruity fragrances, notes redolent of oriental spices, herbal perfumes and scents of chocolate and preserves.
