ITINERARY

Day 1: Arrival in South Africa, OR Tambo International airport to JNB Guest House Your arrival in South Africa marks the beginning of your safari. After a long international flight – you are picked up and transferred to a luxury guesthouse close to the airport. The Guest House epitomizes warm hospitality and service excellence. Spend the rest of your day at leisure. Overnight – Guesthouse - B&B, Dinner

Day 2: Johannesburg to Greater Kruger Park You leave the Urban City behind and make your way towards the Lowveld where your Safari camp is situated at one of the many entrance gates to the World renowned Sabi Sand Game Reserve.

You spend the next 4 days in Sabi-Sands and the Kruger National Park on a Safari adventure of a lifetime. Nestling in the shade of indigenous trees, this visual oasis of inspirational elements combines to cumulate in this magnificent tented safari camp. Intimate and comfortable, yet simplistic combined with excellent service, the camp creates a traditional African Safari feel to your journey, and you can be forgiven for thinking you were transported back in time to an unspoilt and unexplored Africa. Sharing its borders with the world renowned Sabi Sand Game Reserve which forms part of the Greater Kruger region due to having unfenced borders with the Kruger Park, the safari camp offers guests a unique opportunity of staying in permanent semi luxury tented rooms and experiencing wildlife game drives and bush walks in the Sabi Sand as well as the Kruger National Park.

After checking in to your room and having time to freshen up, you embark on a sunset/ evening safari game drive in the Sabi Sand Game Reserve, renowned for its abundance of Leopards. Returning to the Camp after dark, an inviting camp fire welcomes you back where you can enjoy beverages before the well prepared dinner will be served under stars in the Boma or main dining area. Day 3: Kruger Park Game Drives Every morning you get up bright and early morning to be met by the untamed bush in the golden morning light. This morning after morning tea or coffee has been served at the reception you venture into Kruger National Park, the leading safari destination in South Africa. Our 4x4 game drives follow the best routes for wildlife sightings, improving your chances of sighting the Big Five animals of Africa and the abundant wildlife of Kruger.

Every morning arriving back at the camp mid-morning, breakfast will be served. Every day after breakfast, time is spent relaxing during the heat of the day by the pool side, taking a leisurely walk around the camp or enjoying some of the activities the Camp has to offer.

Light lunches are served between 12:30pm and 2:00pm in the main Lodge area daily.

Daily at approximately 2:30pm you depart on your afternoon safari drive. Safaris are about gaining knowledge of the Kruger Park with all its wildlife animals, bird species, fauna and flora which we are certain will leave you feeling enriched and most certainly rewarded. While we are exploring the best routes for game viewing and photographic opportunities on your safari drives, we welcome interaction and questions, so we can provide you with as much insight about this beautiful region and its wildlife animals as possible. Day 4: Sabi Sand Game Walk & Safari Drive An early morning wakeup call will bear witness to a breath-taking array of golden and red colours as the sunrise shines its rays over the Sabi Sand Game Reserve wilderness. The early morning hours are ideal for game viewing, as this is when many animals are most active. This morning you will be exploring the African bush on foot, which is a once in a life time experience not easily forgotten.

After a refreshing tea or coffee at camp, we set off on a morning game viewing walk in Sabi Sand Reserve. Our guides provide you with insightful information about the incredible plants and animals of the area, while you explore Sabi Sand on foot. Walking through this park is a truly unique safari adventure!

The game walk in Sabi Sand is ideal for becoming aware of the finer details of the African bushveld and its variety of creatures, big and small. You spend time tracking wild animals and getting to know the wilderness more intimately than is possible on game viewing drives.

You venture into the unknown with the opportunity to face some of the mysteries of nature and to follow animal tracks, as you feel the tingle of your own senses, and hear the beating of your heart when you edge closer to a herd of elephant, feeding in the river, or other wildlife - an experience that is sure to get your adrenaline levels up. Day 5: Kruger National Park After morning tea or coffee has been served at the reception area, you depart on your morning safari drive in the Kruger National Park in search of wildlife animals to view and photograph. Arriving back at the camp mid-morning, breakfast will be served. After breakfast, time is spent relaxing during the heat of the day. Overnight – Tented safari camp: B&B, Lunch and Dinner & Game Drives.

Day 6: Johannesburg Today your Kruger Park & Sabi Sand Safari Adventure ends at about 5:30 pm. With the Fly option: You will be dropped off at the Kruger International airport for your onward journey.

We return to Johannesburg along 's Panorama Route, travelling via the scenic highlights of Gods Window, Lisbon Falls and Graskop, in the Blyde River Canyon area, before arriving in Johannesburg.

Drop off at Johannesburg International for your onward journey or arrange for an overnight stay at our guesthouse for your onward journey the next morning.

End of tour.

Notes and Options: Combine this package with any other tour package. Continue on your journey and add Botswana and / or Victoria Falls for an extended and ultimate wildlife safari experience. End your safari in beautiful Cape Town with the culture, food and wine.

This Itinerary is also available as a 3 night up to 7 night customization.

Fly option to and from KNP with a road transfer to the safari camp is available, if flying is preferred
