Many students progress from College onto a Higher Education course without leaving home.

Step 1 - Search Search for a course in the College guide or online at www.barnsley.ac.uk or via your school's application system.

Step 2 - Apply You can apply for the course of your choice from the beginning of October 2019 via the College website, by completing a paper application or via your schools application system.

Step 3 - College interview You are invited in to College to attend an interview with a tutor from your chosen subject(s). Interviews usually take place on Wednesday afternoons between 3.30pm and 4.30pm, starting in November 2019.

Step 4 - College place After the interview, you will either be offered a place on your study programme or referred to a open more appropriate one.
