Anti-OR1C1 (aa 277-303) polyclonal antibody (DPABH-10979) This product is for research use only and is not intended for diagnostic use.

PRODUCT INFORMATION

Antigen Description Olfactory receptors like OR1C1 detect odorant molecules in the nose, thus initiating a neuronal response that triggers the perception of a smell. They belong to a vast family of G-- coupled receptors (GPCR) arising from single coding-exon and they all share a 7- transmembrane domain structure with several other neurotransmitters and hormone receptors. The family is the largest in the genome.
