“Winter Wonderland” iPad Sweepstakes Official Rules, Terms and Conditions
(1) Eligibility Sweepstakes is open to all legal residents of the United States and The District of Columbia, 18 years of age or older as of 12/13/2013. Employees of Milwaukee County, airline employees and persons living in the same residence or household (whether related or not), are not eligible to participate in the sweepstakes. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. Void where prohibited.
(2) To Enter To enter, participants must visit www.mitchellairport.com/promotions and enter by submitting the required information in the form provided.
Participants may only enter the sweepstakes once. Multiple entries will be removed from the potential pool of entrants, but the original entry will be kept.

If no internet access is available or for those who do not have a Facebook.com account, entries may also be mailed, to:

Only one entry per person. Entries generated by a script, computer programs, macro, programmed, robotic or other automated means are void and may be disqualified. Entries that are in excess of the stated limits, incomplete, illegible, corrupted, damaged, destroyed, forged, false, lost, late or misdirected, deceptive or otherwise not in compliance with the Official Rules may be disqualified from the Sweepstakes at Sponsor’s sole and absolute discretion. In the event of a dispute over the identity of an online entrant, entry will be deemed submitted by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address associated with the entry for the domain associated with the submitted address. Winner may be required to show proof of being the authorized account holder. Authorized account holder is defined as the person assigned to an e- mail address by an Internet access provider, on-line service provider or other organization responsible for assigning e-mail addresses. In the event a dispute regarding the identity of the individual who actually submitted an entry cannot be resolved to Sponsor’s satisfaction, the affected entry will be deemed ineligible.
(3) Winner Selection, Notification & Prize Claiming The sweepstakes begins on December 12, 2013 at www.mitchellairport.com/promotions and runs until noon, December 20, 2013. Each day a winner will be chosen randomly from all entrants for the following prize on the date listed: • December 16th, 2013 – One (1) Mitchell Airport Travel Bag
• December 17th, 2013 – One (1) Mitchell Airport Travel Bag
• December 18th, 2013 – One (1) Mitchell Airport Travel Bag
• December 19th, 2013 –One (1) Apple iPad Mini –16GB, Wi-fi and One (1) Mitchell Airport Travel Bag
• December 20th, 2013 –One (1) Apple iPad Air –16GB, Wi-fi and One (1) Mitchell Airport Travel Bag
Sponsor will notify winner by e-mail. By entering, entrants give their express permission to be contacted by Sponsor by email, phone and/or Facebook. Winner must respond to initial notification within five (5) days of the date of notification or prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected. Winner may be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Release within ten (10) days of notification in order to receive the prize. In the event of noncompliance with these requirements, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected. If prize notification is returned as undeliverable, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected. Unclaimed prizes may not be awarded.
Winners will be announced on www.facebook.com/mitchellairport and on www.mitchellairport.com.
Prize cannot be redeemed for cash; and must be taken in its entirety; no substitutions permitted. Taxes, if any, are the responsibility of the individual winner and winner will be required to provide social security or tax I.D. number prior to receiving prize.
(4) Odds Odds of winning will depend upon the total number of eligible entries received.

(6) Publicity Release Entry in the online sweepstakes signifies the permission of the participant for Milwaukee County’s General Mitchell International Airport to use winner’s and entrants’ names, hometowns for advertising and publicity purposes, without further compensation. (7) Waivers, Disclaimers and Releases Any dispute concerning the terms of this sweepstakes regarding what is reasonable or appropriate under its terms shall be resolved and decided by and in the sole discretion of Milwaukee County’s General Mitchell International Airport.
Submitting an entry to this sweepstakes online or otherwise shall signify that the entrant has agreed to all sweepstakes rules, terms and regulations, and agrees that the decision of Milwaukee County on any contested matter is final and may not be appealed or challenged.
Contestants and participants agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Mitchell Airport, Milwaukee County, any subsidiary and affiliated companies, its and their officers, employees and agents from and against any and all claims, demands and causes of action, liability, judgments, damages, costs and expenses, including reasonable attorney’s fees, (collectively “Claims”) arising out of or relating to: any acts of negligence or any breach, by General Mitchell International Airport, its employees, directors, officers or agents of General Mitchell International Airport warranties or representations made under this Agreement, and/or General Mitchell International Airport performance of its obligations under this Agreement, all without the County waving any defenses or immunities available to it.
