Travel information The nearest airport is Barcelona international airport (Aeropuerto del Prat or Aeroport de Barcelona), 13 km South West of the city centre. A taxi would cost around €25.00 to Barcelona centre and will take you about 20 minutes travel time. You can also catch the RENFE train, fare €4.10 and takes about 25 minutes to the city centre or the Aerobus express bus service which costs €5.90 and takes about 25 minutes to the city centre as well.

There are 2 smaller airports at about 100 km from Barcelona (popular with budget airlines like ): - Girona airport. The Barcelona Bus will take you to Barcelona centre in about 1hr 10 minutes and cost €15.00 - €25.00 for a single ticket. One of the advantages of flying to Girona is that you could catch the train to see the Dalí Museum in Figueres, since it is close by, and then catch the train to Barcelona centre. Girona centre also offers an interesting half day visit. - airport. There is a public bus that leaves from Reus airport to Barcelona. It leaves from directly outside the door of arrivals at Reus airport. It's operated by the company Hispano Igualadina, and you can buy tickets in the ticket office in the arrivals terminal. The journey time is one and a half hours, and it costs €12.50 for a single ticket and €22.00 for a return. The bus travels to Barcelona Sants bus station. The time table is adapted to coincide with flight arrivals.

Local transport Transport near to the venue: Subway station: L1-Glòries (L1-Red), 4 stops away from Plaça Catalunya station, the city centre. There is also a tram station nearby but it has no connection with the city centre. The course will start on Sunday late afternoon. Exact time will be given later. The exact name of the place and address for Sunday opening of the course will be given later. Day 2 to 6 of the course (Monday-Friday) will be in the course venue. Day 7 (Saturday morning): final day, the address of the place for the final session will be given later.

TSP course participants have to bring their own tablets to the course while Game-based course participants have to bring their own laptops. We don't provide tablets or PCs. Before the course, you will receive information about preparatory activities and other information important for the course.

Accommodation You have to take care yourself of booking the hotel. You can make booking directly to the hotel or through booking sites like booking.com, TripAdvisor, Expedia, Trivago etc. Booking sites offer search for hotels, apartments and bed and breakfast.

Lunches and dinners You will have your KA1 grant budget for your accommodation including meals. Lunches There is a possibility for coffee breaks and lunches in the venue restaurant. Lunch menu is €10,80. We will provide a form to fill in if you are interested in this option, but if not you can choose also possibilities offered nearby the venue. Later, we will update the information about lunches and the coffee breaks.

Dinners During the week, you are free to go where you want in the afternoon and evenings. On the first day on Sunday, we propose to have a welcome dinner together. More information on the topic later.

Cultural programme Barcelona offers a lot of marvellous sights so we don’t arrange any excursions but give you one afternoon free to explore the city wonders by yourself or in groups.

Communication Before the course you will receive an invitation to join a private network for the group. There you will find all about preparatory tasks, the list of participants, the program and other information concerning the course.
