財團法人原住民族文化事業基金會成立 The Establishment of the Indigenous Peoples Cultural Foundation
2004.12 原住民族委員會委託臺灣電視公司籌備創設原住民族電視台。 Dec. 2004 The Council of Indigenous Peoples commissioned Taiwan Television Enterprise to plan and set up Taiwan Indigenous TV (TITV). 2005.07 原住民族電視台正式成立並於有線電視頻道開播。 Jul. 2005 TITV is officially established and begins broadcasts on cable 2007.01 原住民族電視台加入臺灣公共廣播電視集團，成為非商業性的原住民族 television. 公共媒體平台。 Jan. 2007 TITV joins the Taiwan Broadcasting System and becomes a noncommercial public media platform for indigenous peoples. 2008.01 公布《財團法人原住民族文化事業基金會設置條例》。 Jan. 2008 The Act for the Establishment of the Indigenous Peoples Cultural 2008.10 原住民族電視台成立東部新聞中心，設立於國立臺灣史前文化博物館。 Foundation is announced.

Our core operation concept is to let the voices of all indigenous peoples in Taiwan be heard. This is also one of the main concepts for us as we plan out sustainable operations. Motivated by good management, professional skills and talent can be fully executed here. The Foundation is responsible for a TV station and radio station which programs were nominated for multiple categories in the 2018 Golden Bell Awards. We also actively participated in international film festivals and won many awards and recognition. This shows that the quality of films, radio programs, and production of ethnic media has matured and will continue to improve and broaden in the future.
We love talent. We value talent and provide an excellent environment to keep them at the Foundation. By never straying from our initial vision, continuously realizing our objectives, and actively executing the peoples´ communication rights, the Foundation has formed a successful operation model for ethnic media. 10 11 2018 年基金會大事紀 Major Events in 2018

In concordance with the Act for the Establishment of the Indigenous financial statuses ; and auditing property, books, documents, and Peoples Cultural Foundation, Article 8, our Foundation has a Board of property-related documents. An executive team is set up under the Directors with 11 - 15 members. A Director of Board is selected by the Board of Directors. The CEO is nominated by the Director of Board and board members. The Board is responsible for deciding the Foundation´s hired if board members agree unanimously. In order to let more people have access to our content, our TV programs are simultaneously streamed via social media platforms so that audiences who care about indigenous peoples' policies and issues can also voice their opinions online.

「Pulima」為臺灣原住民排灣族語，意為「手藝精細之人」，指具有 The word "Pulima" comes from the Paiwan language. Micawor starts from the spiritual era of mythology and tries to re-read the long past to understand how indigenous arts carry on history. The arts have broken through the limitation of history and established an independent space, leaving a thread for future developments in the turning space and time. Micawor attempts to unveil the positive force that continues to "turn over" in the changing times: changes in society that open new possibilities for the development of human beings. And the artists are observing them closely, exploring the meaning of our existence and depicting a brand new vision for the world.

Draggy Boo Boo, Feilibing IceQueen, Rose Mary, and Ma Li Ai were the four indigenous drag queens in the final round competing for the "Miss First Nation Taiwan" title.
