All submissions should state on-Exhibition whether it relates to the draft CCLEP or draft CCDCP and state particular references such as clause numbers or property address and/title Last Updated: 26/09/2018 (Lot/DP). All submissions must be received by Council by 5pm on 28 February 2019, and should include your name, address and e-mail to ensure that it is duly considered.

All formal submissions will be acknowledged by Council and will be reviewed and addressed in a report for Council’s consideration. All submissions will be publicly available and details of your submission, including your name and address may be accessed by the public under the Government Information (Public Access) Act 2009. Submissions should therefore not include references of a personal nature.
