The first part of my 25 years of experience was dedicated to learn the french “savoir-faire” in gastronomic with internationally well-known and Michelin stars chefs, such as Pierre & Michel Troisgros, Georges Blanc, Alain Dutournier or Jean Bardet. Then the second part of my carrier with international experiences in Moscow and United Arab Emirates with company such Intercontinental or Hyatt, was more focused transmit my knowledge to colleagues, guests, and partners. During the last 15 years I was also involved in different exposure activities such as consulting for restaurants, media master class, events with different luxury brands, and also TV show and other media magazines coverage
