Do you know any professinal soccer players? Well, by the end of this paper you will. In this passage, I will tell you about 4 pro soccer players. All my research is from the book Girls Soccer.

Do you know anything about Briana Scurry? Briana Scurry has played in more games in the U.S Womans National than any other goal keeper in the world. After 6 years of being the Nationals main goal keeper, she took off for a couple years but came back in 2002 and started as the 2004 olympics keeper.

Do you know who Mia Hamm is? Mia Hamm is one of the most famous athletes in the U.S, but for a good reason. Mia Hamm is considerd the best female soccer player in the world! She went out on top scorring more goals than any other player in the world!

Abby Wambatch

Do you know anything about Abby Wambatch? Abby Wambatch scored her 50th goal in 64 games, making her the second quickest player in U.S. history. In the quarter finals of the womans world cup, she scored the winning goal leading the team to victory against Norway.

Kristine Lilly

Do you know who is? Kristine Lilly played in her 300th game in January of 2006. Kristine Lilly has played in 3 and won the gold medal in 2 of them. Kristine Lilly has palyed in more games than anyone else in her country, male or female.
