2. The appointment of above mentioned candidates is made subject to the following conditions, in addition to terms & conditions already accepted by them.

i. They shall assume their duty at place of posting within 15 days positively. ii. Their documents/degrees will be verified from the issuing College/University by the concerned Principal/Director of Education (Colleges). In case, the documents/degrees are found to be faked, their appointment shall stand terminated automatically. Legal action shall also be taken against them by lodging an FIR with the concerned Police Station. iii. They will be entitled to draw salary from the date of their joining in response to this appointment/posting order and no TA/DA shall be paid.
