A little bit more about the journey - main aspects

Marketing through food being delivered at home is an interesting alternative for people who want agroecological food, but are unable to attend fairs or other spaces that oer these foods. For farmers, commercialization with periodic deliveries presents itself as being economically safe and as a strategy to reduce waste. Only those prod- ucts corresponding to sales will be harvested and production can be organized according to the aver- age of orders and deliveries.
