Laser cutting Laser cutting is a thermal separating method in which complex geometries are generated with the help of a focused laser beam. Various metals, , organic materials, and other materials can be processed.

Laser welding ACSYS laser processing systems are designed for very fine and precise welding processes. De- pending on the material, different methods are used. The welding systems work without any material allo- wance. A flexible output and pulse design makes it pos- sible to generate particular pulse shapes and pulse trains for special effects.

Laser digitizing Laser digitizing is based on the conoscopic ho- lography method, allowing extremely precise 3D digital images of most surfaces. The resulting 3D file can be used for production and reproduction and can be easily processed in the CAD software.

Quality Management

The ACSYS quality management is continuously subject to the ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 standard as defined by TÜV Deutschland, and guarantees consistent quality of our manufacturing processes as well as of the technical components of our suppliers.

Laser systems are subjected to many tests in order to check them „inside out“, and out project engineers use state-of-the-art testing equipment to achieve perfect calibration.

The pre-inspection by our customers is usually performed at ACSYS Mittweida. This is where functionalities and features of the system are presented to the customer and explained in detail. Possible mo- difications or extensions can be discussed and implemented directly at the manufacturing site. Only after you have taken acceptance of the system will it be packed and shipped.
