In this role

• We are looking for an experienced Product Marketing Manager to join our team and make an immediate impact across the business as we continue our rapid growth. As part of a small team, this role will give the right candidate the opportunity to dive deep into all aspects of product marketing. • This role will have company-wide visibility and impact as you will collaborate closely with / Engineering, Sales, Customer Success, and the broader Marketing team.

Key responsibilities • Build on product messaging that sets new products apart from others in the market to give them a unique selling point • Communicate the vision and of new products to the sales team and develop sales tools that facilitate the selling process – sales enablement • Plan the launch and GTM strategy of new services and products, involving other departments as and when required • Brief the press / analysts about new products • Obtain insights into customers’ usage of current products, untapped opportunities and buyer personas, through interviews, surveys, focus groups and sales data • Agree timelines and deadlines for the development of new products with product management / engineering • Create content including (case studies), videos, website copy, blog posts and more • Define key value propositions of products, taking responsibility for the and messaging of new products and features in line with market demand • Support the sales team in product demonstrations from time to time. • Speak and present about product to both external and internal audiences • Drive product adoption and advocacy • Research competitor offerings • supporting the sales team in produc • supporting th Key skills

• Collaborative skills: As a product marketing manager you will have to collaborate with multiple teams across the business. This will often include the sales and marketing department, the engineering / product management department, and senior executives. • Communication skills: The ability to speak and write to a high standard is crucial. You will frequently have to present new products and write engaging copy, telling the ‘story’ of products, for various marketing channels. You’ll interact with customers and prospects on a regular basis to glean input and insights that will then be fed back into Product Management and Engineering. • Research skills: A crucial part of being a product marketing manager is gaining insight into customer needs and experiences. Analysis of data, surveys and customer interviews will form an important part of the role.

Background

▪ Significant product marketing experience gained in a B2B SaaS business – preferably in CRM / business applications / Marketing Automation , working across EMEA and/or Global markets. ▪ Energetic and upbeat, with a creative spark and the passion to position us well in the market. ▪ Ability to make smart, informed decisions. Ability to synthesize broad cross-discipline information with feedback from the team and key stakeholders to influence decisions and product . ▪ Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to convey highly technical information in an accessible manner. ▪ Degree-level education in computer science, engineering or similar field of study would go a long way.
