SCIENTIFIC RESEARCH

During an eight year period, I carried out extensive conservation work and scientific research on endangered sea turtles. These efforts led to the immediate rescue of thousands of sea turtles and to an improved understanding of how human beings can contribute to their protection. This work has also contributed significantly to my general interest in ethical issues as well as to my teaching interest in environmental ethics.
