1. Download the My Contacts Backup App

2. Upon launching the app, click OK to allow the app to access your contacts IT – MY CONTACTS BACKUP 3. Select backup, to begin your contact sync

4. Once the backup is complete, select email. This will launch your native iOS Mail app.

5. Input the desired email where you would like your contacts sent to, then select send. IT- MY CONTACTS BACKUP

** A copy of all of your contacts will be sent to the email inputted above. You now have a backup copy of your contacts and will be able to load them to a new device. To add the contacts to a new device, simply click on the file attachment and it will begin the importing process. ** IT – RETURNING YOUR PHONE

Remove Apple ID and Factory Reset Device Preparation

1. On your mobile device, go to Settings -> Your Name -> Sign Out

2. Enter your Apple ID Password to turn off iPhone

3. Confirm a copy of your data will not remain on your device and select Sign Out

4. Select Sign out again to confirm that you want to sign out of iCloud

How do I factory reset my device?

1. After signing out of iCloud, go to Settings -> General -> Reset -> Erase All Content and Settings What happens to my data?

All of your data will be erased from the device and the device returns to manufacturer default settings. Your iCloud backup will remain with Apple. How to export contacts from Outlook?

Follow these steps to export your Outlook contacts to an Excel file before your last day.

1. Log into https://outlook.office.com/people 2. Select Manage -> Export Contacts 3. Make sure All Contacts is selected and then click on Export 4. Open the downloaded excel file 5. Click on File in the menu bar and select Share -> Share Workbook to email the file 6. Enter personal email address to send to your email

Please contact the CRC Service Desk to let them know you would like to “Assume Billing Responsibility” for your CRC phone and provide them with a personal email address. You will have 10 business days to assume billing responsibility for your line.

What happens after I submit the request? IT will contact you with details about your line including any early termination fees if they apply. You will receive an email to your personal email address from the service provider with instructions on how to complete the process after CRC releases the billing responsibility. At that time, they will give you the choice to add the phone line to an existing account or open a new one.
