Join the Celtic Whiskey Club & help choose Irish Whiskey of the Year 2017 3 Celtic Cask Our exclusive range of carefully matured single cask whiskeys get Whiskeys better every year. They are usually limited to around 300 bottles per cask and each new release is unique. We carefully select different types of barrels from our wine contacts around the world. Some previous favourites have been aged in Port casks, Madeira, red wine and even sweet Vin Santo wine. Each cask is aged to perfection and we have to sample them regularly before choosing the exact moment of bottling. Due to their limited nature these sell out quite quickly and make an excellent gift for whiskey drinkers and collectors.

Look out for more in this range in 2017!

The Teelings brought back distilling to Dublin in 2015 when they opened their impressive distillery in Newmarket Square. Whiskey had not been made in the capital for nearly 40 years and the Liberties area has definitely benefitted from their presence. We look forward to seeing how their spirit ages and develops, however they have already managed to source and release some hugely impressive whiskeys.
