2.5. Diagnostic Notes **Adult**
Length 2.0-3.0 mm. Elongate, parallel-sided, eyes large, hemisphaerical, not prominent. Pronotum with sides angled at lateral tooth, converging from tooth to base in straight line, callosity right-angled behind. Pronotal punctures fine separated by more than 1/2 their diameters, those of elytra finer, sparser. Elytral pubescence consists of small, decumbent setae and longer ones, slightly raised and arranged in vertical rows. Males have 4-segmented hind tarsi, females 5-segmented ones.
