he U.S. WatchList** reflects a comprehensive analysis of all the bird species in Red List: Hawaii the United States, and identifies those in greatest need of immediate conserva- T tion attention. The list builds on data from Partners in Flight (PIF), the latest Hawaiian Duck research from the bird conservation community, and data from the Christmas Bird Hawaiian Goose Count and Breeding Bird Survey.
