FEATURED HOME

8690 Robinhood Lane • La Jolla • Open this Sat. & Sun. 1-4pm

Original owner - this family home hasn’t been on the market for 50 years! The available homes in this coveted North La Jolla neighborhood are now far and few between. Even more scarce are those located on a quiet cul-de-sac with ocean views and a huge sunny south-west facing back yard. This 5BR/3BA (+ huge bonus room) 3,576sf home is perfectly sited with a pool, semi-circular driveway, 3-car garage and the most amazing privacy I’ve yet seen in the whole of the area. Without doubt one of the best located properties in the entire Cliffridge area! A hop, skip and a jump from Allen Field and UCSD. Walk to Torrey Pines Elementary, the Cliffridge Ball-fields and the newly remodeled & expanded YMCA. Close to churches, synagogues, La Jolla Village Square & UTC with amazing freeway access. Come see this one of a kind property and make this incredibly private Diamond in the Rough your own - “Just Awaiting Your Sparkle” Offered between $1,995,000 & $2,200,000
