The Professional Services assignment includes as follows: a. Review and confirmation of the existing field conditions b. Complete detailed condition survey and structural fatigue inspection in accordance with Appendix A, site investigations, etc. as amended by this RFP c. For PEV underside inspection, referring to Figure 1, hammer sounding and cover meter survey of exterior soffit and interior soffit portion between the middle arch ribs (i.e., rectangular box) and close-up visual inspection for the rest of the soffit Description of (i.e., cloud area and TTC right-of-way). Similarly, structural Procurement: steel inspection excludes the area inside and above the TTC right-of-way d. For RVV underside inspection, the entire concrete components requires hammer sounding and cover meter survey, and structural steel inspection will include entire arch elements. See reference drawings for bridge cross-sectional view. e. Prepare appropriate reports and evaluations in accordance with Section 2.2.2 to Section 2.2.9 f. Complete a drainage analysis and prepare a memo that includes findings and provide recommendations g. Give overall executive summary of all inspections and evaluations in this project in a memo format

h. For the purpose of bidding, the bridge deck inspection shall be assumed to be night work only. Daytime single lane closure may be permitted for . Rosedale Valley Road shall be assumed that not to be permitted for closure. i. For expressway closures, typical permitted closures times for Expressways can be found on the City's website at (https://www.toronto.ca/wp-content/uploads/2017/11/9184- 0_RoDARS-City-Expressway-Closure-Guidelines-a.pdf) Recurrent Contract? Yes. The following table summarizes the general expected schedule of major tasks. If the proponent considers the timeline to be too short this is to be identified in the proposal. Within the proposal, the proponent is responsible for identifying a timeline that they are committed to accomplish. All field inspections must be completed within the identified calendar year. Corporate Experience

Proponents are to demonstrate sufficient project experience including, but not limited to the following specific areas:

a. Four (4) Enhanced OSIM bridge inspections, in accordance with the OSIM for the Ontario Ministry of Transportation Specific Conditions for (MTO) and/or Ontario municipalities, in the last three (3) Procurement: years. Inspections must have been conducted on a Major Arterial, or Expressway road as defined in the City's road classification system.

b. Proponents must provide details of these projects, including a description, dates, value of the projects, owner and staff representatives along with contact numbers. The City may contact the staff representatives to confirm details of the projects.
