ANNEXURE-1 C & D RULES

Construction & Demolition Wastes

1. C&D wastes will be segregated into: a) Concrete, b) Soil, c) Steel, d) Wood and Plastics, and e) Bricks and mortar 2. C&D will be stored within the premises at designated site. 3. It will be ensured that no other wastes are mixed with C&D wastes. 4. These wastes will be handed over to authorized C&D waste’s processor or handled and disposed of in accordance with the guideline and directions of the Local Authority. 5. It will be ensured that no littering of C&D wastes occur during its handling or transportation. 6. It will be ensured that C&D wastes will be transported with proper cover in order to avoid any spills on the way during transportation. Demolition works will be taken up during day time and such activities will be with proper screens around.
