Jqnnary 1$, 1912, for the purchase of the under-mentioned Toll Rents'of the Western Province from July 1, 1912, to JuBe 3ft; 1913. * * Separate tenders should he made for .the several rente as shown below. The successful tenderer will be required' to deposit forthwith one-tenth of. the purchase am ount^ cash ; and*should the offer hTe accepted by- His Excellency the Governor, to furnish approved security for one-half of the whole purohase amount, or in cash for one-third of the whole purchase amount, within thirty days of the date of the receipt' by him of the notification of the Governor’s acceptance of his offer.
