We make our multipurpose cutting board from bamboo. The cutting board remains firmly in the worktop and the tongue and groove edge enables a knife to be used to transfer chopped foods straight onto the plate. The grooved edge also keeps the cutting board in place when it is used with the drawer unit. Widths vary depending on drawer width.
