We have clustered our future programs in three dimensions for society, environment and economic. Our satisfaction is not on the border of a particular need rather we like to go deep beyond fundamental needs. Our programs for future are adding every moment whenever any idea of needs peeps into our mind or necessity.

1. Establishing Training Center : We cherish to establish a Training Center to teach female folk about garments manufacturing so that female community can contribute to the Auko-Tex Group as well as in the RMG sector in other factories. This will elevate the underprivileged female community to stand on their own. 2. Accommodation for Workers & Staff : Accommodation is one of the key problem for garments workers and staff. Keeping that in mind, We have plans to arrange separate/ independent housing facilities for staff, workers as a welfare scheme in near future. 3. Fire Station : Auko-Tex Group has the plan to establish a privately owned fire station with all modern facilities and manpower nearby the factory. Our Fire Station will not only work for us but also will help other garments and whenever necessity arises. 4. Food & Beverage: Auko-Tex Group has plans to establish a 'Food & Beverage Store' so that its workers, staffs and official are enabled to purchase healthy food & beverage within their affordability. This will ensure employees’ health. 5. Expansion of Health Care: Expansion of Health Care for the workers, staff & outside community.  Purchase of Digital X – Ray machine.  Processed Canned Fish and 500 gm packet milk every day.  Establishment of a General Hospital with 500 Beds at Kanaipur, Faridpur. 1. Use of Treated ETP Water for Toilet Flushing, Gardening and Irrigation: Huge water is being used for flushing of the toilets and gardening in the Factory and irrigation purpose. Since significant amount of treated ETP water is being drained out, this water would be used for said purpose which will also save cost. 2. Push Sensor/ Tapping System: Huge water and electric power are being misused because of negligence and lack of awareness among the workers. Sensor system for using of the water and electricity would be introduced. This will reduce the misuse of water.

1. Solar Power Project : For the Renewable power generation, solar power project is considered to be undertaken. Solar Power will be used at the initial stage for security light, outer perimeter and for the stairs of the factory buildings. In next phase, solar power would be used for running the whole Factory. 2. Heat Recovery for the Generator (Co-Generation) : Exhaust hot air from the generator would be used for co-generation with EGB (Exhaust Gas Boiler), Chillier and/or Water Heater. 3. Use of Natural Light for the Floor : Some arrangements would be worked out to inflow the natural lights to the floors of the Factory. This would reduce considerable energy for required lighting purpose. 4. Continuous Sludge Recovery System : We are having the practice of making sludge cakes and send it to brick fields. In future continuous sludge recovery system would be installed for faster and effective sludge recovery. 5. Carbon Neutral Programme : We are in a continuous effort to introduce advanced technologies and machines which require less power and cause less emission of carbon. Tree plantation programme will be undertaken in the available vacant lands of this company in bigger scale. Besides, purchasing a tea estate as a part of our carbon neutral program is under serious consideration. 6. Rain Water Harvesting: Rain water harvesting is considered to undertake for using huge rain water in the rainy season. This water would be a valuable source of water for the normal uses of Factory and will reduce our cost relating to energy production.
