Profile Adrie Pouwer is an experienced consultant and interim manager in the field of asset management with a passion for improvement projects. His strength is converting strategy into practice. Adrie Pouwer relies on 15 years valuable experience gained at several companies including Lloyd’s Register and NedTrain Consulting (formerly the Engineering & Consultancy of the Dutch Railways), where he gained practical experiences in the underlying areas of asset management: risk analysis, information management, operational processes, maintenance processes, Life Cycle Costing, Systems Engineering, RAMS analysis, specification, supplier assessments, condition monitoring, performance improvement, strategic planning, teaching, tendering, technical contract management, incident management, auditing, maintenance optimisation and project management. Objective: demonstrable control of infrastructure performance.  Trainer and development of asset management and ISO 55000 courses. Both in cooperation with ZAAM and for NEN (the Dutch Standardisation Institute).  Market conformity analysis in the field of maintenance for metro en tram for the public transportation company (GVB). This includes cost, availability, reliability and underlying KPI’s. Practical advice on improvement measures.  Business case for workhop equipment for the Rotterdam Public transportation company (RET).
