Meet The Team Pg 05 GREETINGS FROM THE DIRECTOR

Dear Clients and Partners,

The year has been off to a flying start with a flurry of events, activities and new projects in the pipeline.

We are excited to announce the completion of our new showroom in Jakarta. Located in Jakarta Design Center, House of Sub-Zero and Wolf Jakarta is the latest addition to our growing number of showrooms in Southeast Asia. The new showroom takes its inspiration from our House of Sub-Zero and Wolf in Singapore and is designed to be a space for cooking, entertainment and meetings. We cannot wait to welcome our Indonesian customers to this beautiful new space!

Less than a year after opening, our flagship showroom in Singapore is becoming a real hub of activity with workshops, pop up dinners and social gatherings. We like to see House of Sub- Zero and Wolf in Singapore as a lifestyle space as much as a showroom and we are pleased to see so many guests and visitors enjoying themselves over great food and conversation.

To foster a new generation of young chefs, and to inspire people to cook more at home, we have opened our Bangkok home to some of the most talented chefs in the country. Nothing brings us more joy than to support this new generation of chefs, giving them a platform to express themselves and experiment with new concepts. It’s inspiring to see their creativity and energy bring life to the showroom while at the same time bringing people together over food.

Lastly, I would like to congratulate our brand ambassadors Chef Darren Teoh from Dewakan in Kuala Lumpur and Chefs Ray Adriansyah and Eelke Plasmaijer from Locavore in Bali for their outstanding contributions to the restaurant industry at Asia’s 50 Best Restaurants awards in Macau in March. Dewakan became the first restaurant in Malaysia on the list, and Locavore took home the Sustainable Restaurant Award. It’s a privilege and an honour to work with such distinguished chefs and we look forward to many more exciting projects and events with them.

Sincerely, Yam Churn Meng Sub-Zero and Wolf South East Asia NEWS SOUTHEAST ASIA INTERNATIONAL CHEFS’ TRAINING The first ever Sub-Zero and Wolf international chefs’ training took place in Madison, Wisconsin in late February.
