On June 22nd an unknown subject walked into King Kullen Supermarket at 77 Forest Ave and proceeded to leave the store with over $600.00 of Red Bull Energy drinks without paying for the merchandise, according to Glen Cove Police. On June 26th the same subject entered the King Kullen Supermarket and loaded his shopping cart with over $400.00 worth of the Red Bull energy drinks and proceeded to leave the store without paying for the items. The stores surveillance cameras picked up the theft and the Glen Cove Police began their investigation. On Wednesday July 29th an alert King Kullen security officer observed the vehicle that was involved in the prior larcenies at King Kullen in front of the Stop and Shop Supermarket at 177 Forest Ave in Glen Cove. The Security officer then observed the suspect walk out of the entrance door of the supermarket with a shopping carriage full of Red Bull energy drinks as well as baby formula.
