BALU LOSES ELECTIONS FOR GAMES PREFECT AT FFENE PRIMARY SCHOOL Ffene Primary School organises elections for prefects in the second week of September every year. The prefects are elected to help teachers in maintaining discipline and order in the school. The exercise always starts with picking forms from Mr. Pingu, the chairperson of the body that organises elections in the school. After filling the forms, the pupils wishing to stand in the elections then look for three teachers on the staff to support them by signing on the forms.
