29 STABLING

There are three methods to reserve stalls.

FIll out the horse entry blanks, and create an “entry” for a barn account. These can be mailed or emailed in to Kaitlin. Entries will only be accepted if accompanied by checks or credit cards for entry deposits, and an open check or card for the trainer account.

Online at entries.equestrian.digital - Once you are logged in, there are two options. You can create a trainer account here and reserve tack stalls, as well as enter horses. The online system will automatically run all horse deposits on the credit card(s) entered. A credit card is required for trainer account reservations, but it will not be run.

In order to reserve a block of stalls, fill out the Stable Request Form and mail or email it to Kaitlin. An open check or card must accompany the form. You must still send in horse entry blanks separately, before the close of entries, but can be at a later date than the Request Form. If you do not yet know which horse will be coming, filling in slots named “Horse One”, “Slot 2” , etc. is acceptable. This form is binding after the closing date of entries, and you will be charged accordingly unless adjustments are made before May 14, 2021.

Stalls are non-refundable after the closing date of entries (May 14, 2021). Horses may be substituted until the Monday of the show at no additional charge. Stalls are expected to sell out, so please reserve early.

Hunter Rings are now the Stadium, Walnut, Annex, and Covered Rings. The Jumpers will primarily be in the Claiborne and Stonelea rings. We may request which rings you would like to be closer to and we will try to accommodate to the best of our ability.

CREDIT CARD FORM Credit Card Transactions will be processed at Retail Prices, which are 3% higher than the prices in this prize list. For a Retail Price Prize List contact SRJT.
