2008-09 Media Guide 75 CALIFORNIA BASKETBALL Ann Caslin, MA, ATC, joined the Cal sports medicine staff in the fall of 2005 as an assistant athletic trainer. She currently works with the women’s basketball and women’s tennis teams. Prior to her arrival at Cal, Caslin served as a graduate assistant athletic trainer at Stanford from 1997-99 and as an assistant athletic trainer at Vanderbilt in Nashville, Tenn., from 1999-05. Caslin earned her bachelor’s of science degrees in both kinesiology and physical education with an athletic training option in 1996, and a single subject teaching credential in physical education in 1997 from Cal State Hayward. In addition, Caslin earned her master’s of arts degree in human performance/athletic training from San Jose State in 1999. Caslin, a Bay Area native, currently resides in Albany.
