WEST SUSSEX COUNTY COUNCIL NOTICE OF ELECTION ELECTION OF COUNTY COUNCILLORS
1. Elections are to be held for ONE County Councillor to represent each of the following electoral divisions within the Horsham District:
Electoral Division Wards or Parishes BILLINGSHURST Parishes of Billingshurst, Itchingfield and Shipley BRAMBER CASTLE Parishes of Ashurst, Bramber, Henfield (Small Dole ward), Steyning, Upper Beeding, and Woodmancote HENFIELD Parishes of Cowfold, Henfield (Henfield ward), Shermanbury and West Grinstead HOLBROOK Wards of Holbrook West and Holbrook East HORSHAM HURST Wards of Horsham Park (part) and Trafalgar HORSHAM RIVERSIDE Wards of Forest, Horsham Park (part) and Roffey South (part) HORSHAM TANBRIDGE & Ward of Denne and parish of Broadbridge Heath BROADBRIDGE HEATH PULBOROUGH Parishes of Coldwatham, Pulborough, Thakeham and West Chiltington ROFFEY Parish of North Horsham (Roffey North ward) and North Horsham (Roffey South ward) (part) SOUTHWATER & NUTHURST Parishes of Lower Beeding, Nuthurst and Southwater STORRINGTON Parishes of Amberley, Ashington, Parham, Storrington & Sullington, Washington and Wiston WARNHAM & RUSPER Parishes of Colgate, Rudgwick, Rusper, Slinfold and Warnham
2. Nomination Papers and other documents may be obtained from the Elections Office, Horsham District Council, Park North, North Street, Horsham, West Sussex, RH12 1RL (Telephone: 01403 215126).
3. Completed Nomination Papers and Candidates’ Consent to Nomination may be delivered to the Elections Office at Horsham District Council, Park North, North Street, Horsham, West Sussex, RH12 1RL on any working day after the date of this notice, but not later than 12.00noon on FRIDAY, 5 APRIL 2013.
4. If the election is contested, the poll will take place on Thursday, 2 May 2013 from 7.00am to 10.00pm
5. Applications to register to vote or to vote by post or proxy should be made to Tom Crowley, Electoral Registration Officer at Horsham District Council, Park North, North Street, Horsham, West Sussex, RH12 1RL based on the deadlines set out below:

6. The main issue of postal votes will commence on Friday, 19 April 2013.
