Extension of Direct Management of Anamalai Peria Pallivasal @ Pudu Pallivasal Wakf, Pollachi Taluk, Coimbatore District.

In exercise of powers conferred as per the provisions under Section 65 of the Wakf Act 1995 as amended by Act 27/2013, the Tamil Nadu Wakf Board in its resolution in item No.254/15 in Rc.No.8147/91/B3/CBE dated 30-12-2015 has resolved to ratify the period of direct management of Anamalai Peria Pallivasal @ Pudu Pallivasal Waqf, Pollachi Taluk, Coimbatore District from 21-01-2015 to 29-12-2015 and also to extend the period of direct management of the above Wakf for a period of one year from the Board’s order dated: 30-12-2015.

In exercise of powers conferred as per the provisions under Section 65 of the Wakf Act 1995 as amended by Act 27/2013, the Tamil Nadu Wakf Board in its resolution in item No.166/15 in Rc.No.10108/00/B7/TVM dated 30-12-2015 has resolved to ratify the period of direct management of Kadamburar Mosque, Vandavasi Taluk and Town, Thiruvannamalai District from 04-09-2015 to 29-12-2015 and also to extend the period of direct management of the above Wakf for the period of one year from the Board’s order dated: 30-12-2015.

In exercise of powers conferred as per the provisions under Section 65 (1) of the Waqf Act 1995 as amended by Act 27/2013, the Tamil Nadu Waqf Board in its resolution in item No. 98/15 in Rc.No.3637/14/B7/VLR dated: 29-12-2015 has resolved to take over Khaderpet Masjid Waqf, Vaniyambadi, Vellore District under the direct Management of the Tamil Nadu Waqf Board for a period of one year from the Board’s Order dated: 29-12-2015 and appoint the Waqf Inspector, Thiruvannamalai as its Executive Officer.

In exercise of powers conferred as per the provisions under Section 65 of the Wakf Act 1995 as amended by Act 27/2013, the Tamil Nadu Wakf Board in its resolution in item No.256/15 in Rc. No. 16485/05/B3/TPR dated 30-12-2015 has resolved to ratify the period of direct management of Poorviga Pallivasal and Arabic Madrasa Waqf, Udumalaipet Taluk and Town, Tirupur District from 28-04-2011 to 29-12-2015 and also to extend the period of direct management of the above Wakf for a period of one year from the Board’s order dated: 30-12-2015.
