Ala-Too Square "A symbol of Kyrgyzstan's Freedom"

Opened in the year 1984, Ala-Too Square, which has the distinction of being recognized as Bishkek's central square was created to commemorate Kyrgyz SSR's 60th anniversary. At that time, a sculpture of Lenin was placed at the center which was then replaced with a new one referred to as Erkindik meaning 'Freedom' and finally by the statue by t_y_l depicting Manas in 2011, which was done as a part of celebrations for 20th anniversary of Kyrgyz SSR's dissolution. An important site of anti- gob=vernment protest in 2005, the square is also synonymous with several important events. One such event was the memorial ceremony held to honor Chinghiz Aitmatov, who was from Kyrgyzstan.

Parque Nacional Ala Archa "Soaring Peaks"

Nestled in the heart of the snow-capped Tian Shan mountains, the Ala Archa National Park spans more than 200 square kilometers (77 square miles). From the towering crest of Semenova Tian-Shanski to steep gorges carved by the Ala-Archa River and glacier-honed valleys, this park is nature untamed. The park's diverse environment range from the aromatic by Vitaliknyc juniper forests after which the park is named to the waterfall strewn mountains and rivers swelled with fresh trout. The park is also home to an abundance of wildlife including the virtually extinct snow leopard and roe deer and marmots. A symbol of victory over Nazi Germany, Victory Square is a public square that was created in 1984. The Burana Tower is the last surviving memory of the Turkic dynasty. Located a short drive away from Bishkek, this tower is a quintessential example of Persian architecture. It towers more than 40 meters (131 feet) above Balasagun, the erstwhile capital of by Zossolino the Sogdian city, with long-forgotten grave markers keeping it company. The interior of the minaret consists of a winding staircase that leads to a makeshift observation deck. This is a perfect vantage point to soak in picturesque views of the snow-dappled Tian Shan mountains.

Osh Bazaar "Among Bishkek's Largest Bazaars"

Found on the Western part of Bishkek, the Osh Bazaar is the go-to place to purchase food products and other household items. Recognized as one of the city's largest shopping destinations, Osh Bazaar also sells clothes, musical instruments and souvenirs. Clothes can be purchased that are specially tailored to fit the customer's needs be it color or size. Another by Ekrem Canli popular thing to purchase here is the wooden trunks, found in the national goods section. Also found in the market are products that are symbols of Kyrgyzstan's culture.

Dordoy Bazaar "Among Asia's Popular Markets"

Dordoy Bazaar which is also referred to as Dordoi Bazaar is a popular wholesale market built using shipping containers placed one over the other. The market is the go-to place for consumer products including toys, furniture, clothing, automotive supplies, electronic equipment, shoes and many more. Grocery items such as canned food items can also be by Vmenkov purchased here. Products from different countries like , , and are found here. Thanks to the aforementioned features, Dordoy Bazaar was described as "a modern monument to the power of raw commerce" by a journalist.

Panfilov Park "Bishkek's Green Lung"

Created in 1924, Panfilov Park was initially referred to as Zvezda Park. It was in 1942 that this place was renamed to honor distinguished luminary Ivan Panfilov, who was the chairman of the Military Committee of the Kirghiz SSR. One of this large park distinguishable feature is its star shape. Also found within its premises are a Ferris Wheel and a zoopark by Francisco Anzola which houses a wide range of animals from Africa.

Found within the premises of Ala-Too Square, the State History Museum is a three-storied structure. On the ground floor, one can explore the museum's temporary exhibits. On the other two floors, the museum has on display a wide range of artifacts that narrate the history of Kyrgyzstan. The museum has a large collection of objects detailing the ethnographical by Kalpak Travel as well as the political history of the Kyrgyz people.

"A Fine Art Haven"

An interesting gem and one of the city's important artistic landmarks, this fine arts museum boasts a grand collection of nearly 18,000 artworks - ranging from paintings and sculptures to arts and crafts. The arts and by Handy Wicaksono on crafts collection is especially notable, representing not only Kyrgyz folk Unsplash art, but also artistic treasures such as woodcarving and embroidery. Besides this, the museum's walls are also adorned with a number of Soviet classic artworks, notable among which is Semyon Chuikov's 1948 painting 'Daughter of Soviet Kirghizia’.

Oak Park "Sweeping Sculpture Park"

Located on Pushkin Street, this sprawling park is home to tall, centuries- old oak trees and nearly 90 sculptures. Together, this sculpture park of sorts creates a unique space in which to relax, unwind and explore. The oak trees were first planted by a Russian botanist in 1890, while the sculptures are remnants of a symposium that was held in 1984. Besides by Francisco Anzola being home to many cozy nooks and wooded alcoves, this park also houses the Red Guards Memorial, a theater and a church.
