ART. 1 REFERENCE STANDARDS

1.1 In accordance with the Marche Regional Law n. 4 of 02/20/2017, the provisions of the Plan and the Regional Program for the right to education provided respectively by articles. 5 and 6 of LR n. 4 of 02/20/2017, the Erdis establishes the requirements and procedures for access to the food service is managed directly or indirectly.

ART. 2 RECIPIENTS

2.1 The restaurant service is open to all Italians and foreign students for the academic year 2019/2020 at the following institutions:

• the Polytechnic University of Marche in Ancona, the University of Urbino, the University of Camerino, the University of Macerata: - a bachelor, master, single-cycle course, master's degree under the Decree Murst 3/11/1999 n. 509 replaced by the Ministry of Education Decree. 270 of 22/10/2004, the courses having legal status started before Ministerial Decree of 3 November 1999. 509, (hereinafter referred to as the old system)

- a specialized course - a research doctorate course eventually turned to the Legislative Decree 07/03/1998 n. 210 Art. 4.

• the School for Language Mediators of Ancona recognized by Decree of the Ministry of Education 24/9/2003 and Fermo except the signing of the agreement with the Marche Region: - to a degree course - a master's degree.

• the Academy of Fine Arts in Urbino, the Isia of Urbino, the Academy of Fine Arts of Macerata, the "G. Rossini "of Pesaro, the Conservatory" GB Pergolesi "in Fermo (Institutions of Higher Education in Art and Music), the Design Academy" Poliarte "of Ancona: - a course organized under the law n. 508/99

2.3 Erdis can extend access to the canteen service, in addition to the persons specified in paragraph 3 of art. 4 LR n. 4/2017 and following the signing of appropriate agreements, in which rates can not fall below the limit of

minimum rates applicable to the catering service for all types of university students and enrolled in higher education institutes of higher education, to students from other universities or higher institutes of higher education, to students who attend high schools of the second degree and employees of organizations public, without additional costs or affecting in any way the use of the service on the part of claimants.

ART. 3 CONDITIONS OF ACCESS TO THE SERVICE AND PRICES

3.1 The winning students of a scholarship and eligible students enrolled in years subsequent to the first they get the benefit to the exhaustion of the funds available for free access to the service in the following ways:

3.2 To take advantage of the catering service, except in cases of art. 3.1, there is provided a facilitated and a full tariff rate, the application of which is regulated by the successive points 3.3 and 3.4. These conditions apply from 1 October 2019 and are reported in the tariff attached to these rules (Annex 1).

ART. 4 HOW TO APPLY

4.1 Students who are not in possession of the identification card issued dall'Erdis and those who sign up for the first time must apply online by logging on to the website of at any time of the academic year.

4.7 The student is exempted from applying food service when applying for scholarship and / or lodging place as the request of one or both of these latter services also involves implicit request catering service.

4.8 Students who are already in possession of the appropriate identification card for access to the cafeteria issued by Ersu in previous years and that they are enrolled for the current academic year. 2019/2020 shall be exempt from applying but if after the inspection found not enrolled for the academic year. 2019/2020 will be excluded from the possibility of using the restaurant service.

ART. 5 RULES 'OF ACCESS TO THE SERVICE

5.1 Access to food service takes place upon presentation of an identification card. The card is strictly personal and not transferable. Users are responsible for its preservation. ART. 6 TIMES OF SERVICE DELIVERY

ART. 9 EXCLUSION OR LOSS OF CATERING SERVICE

9.1 Excluded from the possibility to use the service those who have suffered disciplinary action involving the loss of the benefit.
